CX (P2) Perform a software update

The inverter software can be updated remotely or locally. The steps and notes for software upgrade using iSolarCloud APP near-end is introduced below.

1. iSolarCloud near-end upgrade

1.1 Install iSolarCloud APP, enter the login interface, enter the account number and password to get to the remote page, as shown in Figures 6-1 and 6-2;

1.2 Select More at the bottom righ -> Download Firmwaret and select the software of the inverter you want to update.

1.3 Once the Software file has been selected, it can now be downloaded.

1.4 To perform the Software update, go to Local access and connect to the inverter using the QR code printed on the Communication module.

1.5 Now log in and perform the software update via More and Software update by selecting the downloaded update file there

2.1 Log in to the iSolarCloud Web interface.

2.2 Select Firmware Update.

2.3 Now enter the plant name and select the inverter to be updated.

2.4 . Now select Firmware Update and on the next page the corresponding firmware. The update will now be started.
