How to correctly upgrade or perform the inverter´s firmware/software

The inverter software can be updated remotely or locally.


Through iSolarCloud app:

To perform the Firmware Update, firstly the file should be downloaded and then updated locally.

1. Within the Support page -> Download Firmware and select the software of the firmware you want to use for the update.

2. Once the Software file has been selected, it can now be downloaded. To ensure it has been downloaded correctly, click on the top right corner to see the downloaded files.

3. Go to "Local access" and connect to the inverter using the QR code printed on the Communication module (WiNet device), as in Fig.3.

4. Log in with your admin or user account, and perform the software update via: "More" and "Firmware update" by selecting the downloaded update file.

To finalize and confirm the update, remember to click on confirm.

Through iSolarCloud website: remote setting

  1. After logging with your account, select on the left bar "Firmware Update", and then inside this tab, select the device that wants to be updated and click on "Firmware Update" on the top right.

2. Select the corresponding Firmware File previously downloaded.

To finalize and confirm the update, remember to click on update.



Note: The inverter's LED indicators provide a physical indication of the update process. It will initiate with a red light and transition to intermittent blue as the update is being performed correctly.
