GSP accounts will be locked when there're more than ten consecutive incorrect login, due to security concerns.

How to solve Locked GSP Acount: Reset Password

  1. Select 'Forget Password?' upon the Login

  2. Input your email which binding to this account, and also the check code on the picture, then click on the 'Next'

  3. Send 'Email verification' to your email address

  4. Click on 'Get verification code', and input the verification code received via email. Click on the 'Next'

  5. Then set a new password. And please note, the new password should be different with you past 5 passwords, and should contains letters, numbers and special characters at the same time, also should not be shorter than 8 digits.

After setting the new password, you can log into your GSP account.
