When the input or output power in operation is greater than 500W and the difference between the input power and the output power is greater than 0.5 times of the rated power.

Steps and methods of troubleshooting

1. Check, if input/output power is in the normal range to see if it can be automatically restored

2. If the fault occurs frequently, it is necessary to download all logs and fault recording of the inverter and provide them to the SUNGROW technical support.
