Through iSolarCloud APP:

1. Log in to your account and navigate to the Devices tab at the top of the screen.

2. Locate the Communication Module, tap the three dots in the upper-right corner, and select "Device Replacement".

  • Ensure the new Communication Dongle is now connected to the Inverter.

3. Scan the new WiNet and follow the commissioning steps.

Once the replacement process is successfully completed, allow 1-3 minutes for the system to display the new communication dongle as operational in iSolarCloud.

Through iSolarCloud website:

  1. Log in to your account and navigate to the Devices tab on the left-hand menu.

  2. Locate the Communication Module, click the three dots in the upper-right corner, and select Device Replacement.
