Fault codes 020, 025, 101, 202, 320: System Fault
Fault codes 020, 025, 101, 202, 320: System Fault

Applicable to SH15-20-25T series

In the event of Fault Codes 020, 025, 101, 202 or 320 being informed through the App, the following corrective measures shall be taken:

Code 020, 25 (Device abnormal):

Fault name

Device abnormal (Code 020/025)

Fault type

Failure shutdown

Fault condition

1. Internal module of the system is abnormal.

2. Related cable connection or terminal of the system is abnormal.

Steps and method of troubleshooting

Wait for the inverter to return to normal.

Disconnect the AC and DC switches, and reconnect the AC and DC switches 15 minutes later to restart the inverter.

If the fault still exists, please contact Sungrow Service.

Code 101 (Grid high frequency):

Fault name

Grid High Frequency (Code 101)

Fault type

Failure shutdown

Fault condition

1. Internal module of the system is abnormal.

2. Related cable connection or terminal of the system is abnormal.

Steps and method of troubleshooting

Wait for the inverter to return to normal.

Disconnect the AC and DC switches, and reconnect the AC and DC switches 15 minutes later to restart the inverter.

If the fault still exists, please contact Sungrow Service.

Code 202 (PV hardware overcurrent fault):

PV hardware overcurrent fault (Code 202)

Fault type

Failure shutdown

Fault condition

1. Internal module of the system is abnormal.

2. Related cable connection or terminal of the system is abnormal.

Steps and method of troubleshooting

Wait for the inverter to return to normal.

Disconnect the AC and DC switches, and reconnect the AC and DC switches 15 minutes later to restart the inverter.

Code 320 (Leakage current CT self-check fault):

Leakage current CT self-check fault (Code 320)

Fault type

Failure shutdown

Fault condition

1. Internal module of the system is abnormal.

2. Related cable connection or terminal of the system is abnormal.

Steps and method of troubleshooting

Wait for the inverter to return to normal.

Disconnect the AC and DC switches, and reconnect the AC and DC switches 15 minutes later to restart the inverter.
